• One of the primary objectives of Cedar Routes is to help develop the next generation of aviation leaders with a connection to Lebanon. To that end, Cedar Routes offers developing professionals and executives the opportunity to work with a mentor.
  • Based on the career interests and objectives of the professional, Cedar Routes will identify potential mentors and connect the professional with those individuals. All such mentors and the professionals they work with must be members of Cedar Routes, with each mentor working with no more than two professionals.
  • The mentor then works with the professional to structure a set of interactions to address the professional’s objectives.
